The Protection of Personal Information

In the regular course of business, Baxter acquires personal information by interaction and communication with patients, healthcare professionals, employees, and others. Baxter recognises and respects the privacy rights of individuals with regards to such personal information and operates in compliance with Australian and New Zealand privacy legislation. Baxter has a Local Privacy Policy ('Policy') which sets out the way that Baxter complies with its obligations in relation to this legislation. In addition, Baxter has established a Global Privacy Policy ('Corporate Policy')  which establishes a minimum worldwide standard within Baxter for collecting, using and protecting Personal Information.
